The problem
A US business processed incoming supplier invoices and a daily queue report by hand. We automated both, then moved the AI model into Azure AI Foundry, and mapped the manual expense reimbursement process as the next candidate.
What it does
- Invoices picked up from Dropbox as they arrive
- Invoice data extracted by an AI model and checked before processing
- A queue report reviewed and processed automatically
- The expense reimbursement process mapped from submission through approval, payment and storage
