About us

A small agency that builds the systems it sells

Adivius started in 2013 as a search and web agency in Galveston, Texas. Today we build AI automations, agents and custom software for small and mid-sized businesses, and we run our own business on the same kind of systems.

Who we are

Thirteen years of web work, now applied to AI

We spent our first decade getting businesses found: technical SEO, local search, content and websites for small businesses across Texas and beyond. That work taught us how companies actually run, where their time goes, and which problems a website cannot fix.

Those problems were almost always the same: re-typed data, inboxes nobody can keep up with, reports built by hand, software that no longer fits. AI made them solvable at a small-business budget, so we rebuilt the agency around solving them.

We stay small on purpose. You work with the person who designs and builds your systems, and we take on a few clients at a time rather than many at volume. Search work continues for the clients who have been with us for years, now as the foundation of AI visibility.

What we believe

Four rules we build by

01

Automate the pattern, keep the judgment

Software should handle the work that follows a pattern: reading, sorting, moving, compiling. Decisions that need context stay with people, and the automation prepares everything so that decision takes a minute instead of an hour.

02

Build on what you already use

Most businesses do not need new software. They need the tools they have to talk to each other. We start from your systems, and we only build something new when nothing off the shelf fits.

03

Prove it small before you scale it

A pilot on your real data tells you more than a proposal ever can. Every engagement starts with one workflow, scoped and priced on its own, and grows from what worked.

04

Say what AI cannot do

AI reads, drafts, sorts and summarizes well. It does not know your business, and it is confidently wrong sometimes. We design around both, and we tell you where the limits are before you commit.

How we work

Start small, prove it works, then scale

We do not sell packages. Every engagement follows the same four phases, and each one is scoped and quoted on its own, so you only commit to the next step once the last one has paid off.

  1. 1

    Audit

    Free

A short written review of where your time goes and what to automate first.

  2. 2

    Pilot

    Fixed scope

One workflow, built on your real data, running in production. You see results before committing to more.

  3. 3

    Build

    Per phase

We extend what worked across the process, with logging and a person in the loop.

  4. 4

    Run

    Monthly

We monitor, fix and improve what we built, and report what it handled.

  1. 01

    Audit

    Free

We learn how the work happens today: the steps, the tools, the exceptions, and where time goes. You get a short written review with concrete opportunities and a rough effort for each. You keep it whether or not we work together.

  2. 02

    Pilot

    Fixed scope

We build one automation end to end on your real data, usually the one with the clearest payoff. It runs in production with logging and a person approving anything that matters. You see the result before committing to more.

  3. 03

    Build

    Fixed scope per phase

We extend what worked to the rest of the process or to the next workflow, each phase scoped and quoted on its own. Error handling, alerts and documentation are part of every build, not extras.

  4. 04

    Run

    Monthly

Automations need care: tools change, volumes grow, edge cases appear. We monitor, fix and improve what we built, and report what it handled each month.

Why Adivius

What you can check before you call us

  • 02

    Microsoft certified

PL-200 (Power Platform Functional Consultant) and PL-500 (Power Automate RPA Developer), and a Microsoft Solutions Partner. Microsoft 365 businesses get automation inside their own tenant.

  • 03

    Since 2013

Thirteen years of search and web work, now applied to AI automation. We know how businesses actually run, not just how models work.

  • 04

A person stays in the loop

Every automation we ship logs its steps and waits for approval where a decision matters. You see what it did and why.

  • 05

Fixed scope, one step at a time

No packages and no retainers before results. The audit is free, the pilot is fixed-scope, and each phase is quoted on its own.

  • 06

    You own everything

The automations, the code and the accounts are yours, with documentation to keep them running without us.

FAQ

Questions about working with us

Do you publish prices?

No. Every business has a different process, so we quote each phase as a fixed scope after the audit, when we know what the work involves.

How long does a pilot take?

It depends on the workflow and how quickly we can access the systems involved. We agree the timeline in the pilot scope before starting.

Who owns the automations?

You do. They run in your accounts, and you get the documentation to keep them.

What if an automation makes a mistake?

We design for it: steps that matter wait for a person to approve, every run is logged, and failures raise an alert instead of passing silently.

Can you work with our existing IT provider?

Yes. We regularly work alongside in-house IT and other vendors, and follow your security and access policies.
